Project Areál Vysílačka
The construction of the Vysílačka complex will take place in the southern part of the regional town of Jihlava, on Znojemská Street, in the newly developing industrial part of the regional town. The construction will take place in two stages. The first stage A includes the construction of a hall for light manufacturing, warehousing and non-disturbing services (expected completion summer 2026), the second stage B will connect a multifunctional building with showroom-type shops and administration (planned).
Both phases will thus provide a comprehensive business solution with ample space for manufacturing, warehousing and administration. Currently, the development of the entire Znojemská industrial area has already started, where other similar projects will be built.

Offers modern Class A industrial halls. Lease space can be adapted to tenants' requirements on request. To a reasonable extent, changes can be made even if the building is already completed. Our experienced team will agree the required modifications with the tenant, design, secure the necessary permits and implement.
Location Jihlava
The regional town of Jihlava is located halfway between Prague and Brno, in close connection to D1. The area has a strategic location from the business point of view, as it is directly connected to the D1 motorway feeder. Exit 112 (Jihlava - Červený Kříž) and exit 119 (Velký Beranov) are both about 10 minutes away from the area.
Investor of the Areál Vysílačka complex
DAFE-PLAST Jihlava, s. r. o. is the investor of the construction of the Vysílačka Campus. The investor, future landlord and manager of the Vysílačka Campus is a traditional Czech family company, which is one of the most important manufacturers of door fillings in the Czech Republic and has been building its position on the market for more than 30 years.
The company has a lot of building and technical experience in the design (construction) of its own production and commercial premises and can thus realize a modern and practical project that combines the highest quality materials and technology with practical use of space in a modern design.
