Excellent transport accessibility

The regional town of Jihlava is located halfway between Prague and Brno, in close connection to D1. The area has a strategic location from the business point of view, as it is directly connected to the D1 motorway feeder. Exit 112 (Jihlava - Červený Kříž) and exit 119 (Velký Beranov) are both about 10 minutes away from the area. A new southeastern bypass of Jihlava is under construction right next to the complex, which will connect D1 to Trebic and Zdar nad Sazavou without having to go through the city centre. In the future, a high-speed line connecting Ostrava - Brno - Prague will run through the regional town; a transport terminal near Jihlava is also planned. In Jihlava there is also the possibility to use the railway transport; Jihlava is located on the direct route Brno - České Budějovice - Plzeň.
