Project Areál Vysílačka

The construction of the Vysílačka complex will take place in the southern part of the regional town of Jihlava, on Znojemská Street, in the newly developing industrial part of the regional town. The construction will take place in two stages. The first stage A includes the construction of a hall for light manufacturing, warehousing and non-disturbing services (expected completion summer 2026), the second stage B will connect a multifunctional building with showroom-type shops and administration (planned).

Both phases will thus provide a comprehensive business solution with ample space for manufacturing, warehousing and administration. Currently, the development of the entire Znojemská industrial area has already started, where other similar projects will be built.
